Custom PC and Server Beliefs
In today's world of wants and demands, it's no longer needed that small and medium sized IT companies provide the option of a custom built PC (in most cases). Dell provides so many options these days to customize a PC order that the need for "custom" built PCs (in most cases) for a normal end user or business is nearly nonexistent.
Data Management
Your data is the most important thing to you when it comes to PCs and Servers. In most cases, if a motherboard dies or the operating system is corrupt, the data can almost always be retrieved. What happens when the hard drive dies and no longer spins? Well, if your data is that important to you, this could mean having the hard drive sent out to a specialized data recovery facility which will (not could) be very expensive. For this reason, I cannot stress the importance of being dilligent with your backups. Sure, I can set up the backup solution for you, but if you (the end user) are not doing your part (replacing backup drives per the backup schedule), then the backup that I had set up may be worthless and not doing it's job. I recommend having me check the backups at a minimum of once per quarter. Almost always, if I go on site to a clients location and I have an extra few minutes I will check that the back ups are running. I do not check the integrity of those backups though. This should also be checked. All of these reasons are why I recommend one of the following services to check on your data.

Web Development - Not Offered
Due to the lack of interest in website development from most of my clients, I no longer offer Website Development. I will continue support for those sites that have been created by me, but will not be starting any new projects. I will continue to provide hosting options though. I use and strongly believe in ICDSoft, Ltd. Since the client will set up their own account with ICDSoft, Ltd., I make no money off of this, and will charge the client for time to upload or move their website.
* Not currently offered, but is coming soon. This will require a high speed internet connection. No dialup connections allowed.
** On-site backup file verification entails running a restore of random files within the backup file to verify that the backups are good and not corrupt.
