| Terms of Service
Below is a list of all of my terms of service and are subject to change at any time. I also reserve the right to reject service to any client who is delinquent on their account.
Operating Business Hours
Operating Business Hours are defined as Monday through Friday only, between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. All times prior to 8:00am and after 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, are considered to be "After Hours" or "Emergency Hours" and will be billed accordingly, unless otherwise determined by Daniel Horsfield.
Holidays
Holidays are defined as all Federal Holidays as per the Federal Office of Personal Management schedule, which is located here. All calls for service on these days will be at the hourly Holiday rate, no exceptions.
Invoice NET Terms
All NET Terms for all clients are defined as 15 Days from the invoice date. This means payment is to be received on the 15th day from the invoice date and no later. All payments on accounts that are 15 days late (15 day grace period from invoice due date) will be assessed a late fee of $15 on each invoice that is overdue (unless an effort is made, by the client, to pay the balance on the account). This fee is not determined to be a certain percentage, but rather a flat fee. This fee is expected to be paid on the account and will only be waived at the discretion of Daniel Horsfield.
Misc. Billable Services
All of the services listed on the list of services page will be billed accordingly. The list below is for miscellaneous services that are considered to be special situations and will be billed as the regular hourly rate unless specified.

Voicemail Response Time
As I am only one person, I ask that you leave a voicemail if I do not answer the phone. In most cases, I will return your call as soon as I am available. I rate all voicemail in order of importance, while not disregarding the fact that all of your calls are important to me.
Service Response Time
Again, as I am only one person, I cannot guarantee a 1 or 4 hour service response time, but in most cases it is usually within 2 hours and almost always within 24 hours, unless scheduled with the client otherwise.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, I will remain open and will continue service unless the state has mandated road closures on route to the clients location. In this case, remote support with the client may be possible to help resolve any issue that exists. Please keep in mind that I operate a plow on my vehicle and have obligations to uphold, which means that this may delay my ability to be on location in a timely manner. This does not mean that I will not help you, it simply means slower response times. Remember, your call is important to me.
* These services will be charged a minimum 1/4 hour billing charge, but will not exceed 3/4 of an hour.
